Helmets and Heels!!

Moms get to join in on the practice! Join Coach Benkert as he runs you through some of the teams favorite football drills!!

Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes. This will be a modified workout, but will be a workout nonetheless.

Please only participate if you are physically able. We still need parent cheerleaders so please come down and join in the fun!!
